  • FlixBus UK limited carrier:

  • Trips within France performed by FlixBus France S.A.R.L. carrier:

  • Trips within Portugal performed by FlixBus Portugal Unipessoal LDA. carrier:

  • Kamil Koc carrier:
    - After the expiration of the ticket: no refund for any currency.

**Any bank transfer fees would be added to the reduced fare.

***Please note that bookings made through the US websites (domains “www.flixbus.com”, “es-us.flixbus.com”, and "zh-us.flixbus.com") are subject to a no refund policy before departure and after the expiration of the ticket. Exceptions only if the carrier is FlixBus DACH, FlixMobility, FlixBus Polska, or FlixBus Rus: in these cases, the refund policy is the one described in the following table and accompanying legend.


Find your carrier

To find out which carrier you booked your ride with, check your ticket invoice in your booking confirmation (which you received by email shortly after completing your booking). The following screenshot shows where your carrier's name is displayed on the ticket invoice.
