Each FlixBus has plenty of space for your baggage. In order for your trip to be as pleasant and safe as possible we ask you to read the following points carefully.

For safety reasons it is important that your hand luggage can be stowed in the overhead compartments above your seat, so that escape routes are kept free. Please ensure that all of your baggage is labelled with your name and address to avoid any confusion. Our friendly drivers are more than happy to help you load your baggage into the baggage compartments.
You may bring a third medium sized suitcase that does not exceed the hold baggage measurements, and does not weigh more than 15kg. Each piece of additional baggage costs £5 and must be booked on your coach after you have received your booking confirmation no earlier than 48 hours before your departure. Do this by simply calling our 24/7 customer service team on: +44 178 829 8784. A general right to take more than two pieces of baggage on board our coaches does not exist.
Baggage that exceeds the measurements and/or weight listed above must be booked on to your coach as special baggage (e.g. ski equipment and musical instruments). Register any special baggage no earlier than 48 hours before your departure time by calling our customer service team: +44 178 829 8784.
One item of special baggage must not exceed 290cm (= length + 2 x breadth + 2 x depth in cm) and must weigh no more than 30kg.
Each bus passenger may bring a maximum of one piece of special baggage. You will be charged an additional fee of £7 for one piece of special baggage. In order to prevent any damage to your belongings, and all baggage transported on our buses, we ask that you bring your special baggage in an appropriate transportation box/bag.A general right to take special baggage on board our coaches does not exist.
On many of our coaches you may bring your standard sized bicycle without any superstructures and weighing no more than 25kg on board. These can be added to your trip during the booking process for an extra fee of £7 per bike. When selecting the amount of passengers you would like on your booking, you can also select the amount of bicycles that you would like to take on board.
The bike racks on our coaches safely transport your bicycle. In special cases, carriage is only possible in suitable bags in the baggage compartment (such as, with a folding bike). In this instance you must call our customer service team in advance to register your bicycle (see above for regulations on special baggage).

Pushchairs, wheelchairs and walking aids are transported on some of our buses for free. Wheelchairs and walking aids must be registered with us over the telephone at the latest 36 hours before your departure: : (+44 178 829 8784). Pushchairs are considered as special baggage and must be registered with us over the telephone no earlier than 48 hours before your departure: +44 178 829 8784.
Please note that due to safety reasons, wheelchairs can only be taken along if they are foldable and without an electric device.
Musical instruments that do not exceed the hand baggage weight and dimensions (42x30x18cm, max. 7kg) can be stowed in the passenger baggage compartments on board free of charge. This will take the place of a regular piece of hand baggage so you may only store your hand baggage or your musical instrument in the passenger baggage compartments on board.
Musical instruments that exceed the hand baggage measurements stated above are considered as special baggage and must be stored in the hold baggage compartments in an appropriate transportation case. We recommend a hard case to avoid any damage. Each item will cost an additional fee of £7 and must be registered no earlier than 48 hours before your departure time over the telephone with our customer service team: +44 178 829 8784.
Musical instruments and their cases that are larger than 135x48 x35cm may not be transported on our coaches (e.g. double basses).
Please report your missing baggage to our lost and found office. We will help you as soon as possible.
