Each FlixBus has plenty of space for your baggage. In order for your trip to be as pleasant and safe as possible we ask you to read the following points carefully.

For safety reasons it is important that your hand luggage can be stowed in the overhead compartments above your seat, so that escape routes are kept free. Please ensure that all of your baggage is labelled with your name and address to avoid any confusion. Our friendly drivers are more than happy to help you load your baggage into the baggage compartments.
The additional luggage should not exceed the dimensions and the weight of the travel luggage and can be transported for a fee of €2 when booked directly during the booking process. If you would like to register your additional luggage after the booking process, you can do so using the customer service hotline. You will have to pay a fee of €4 at the bus. In general, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough space for more than one luggage item on board.
For an item that is larger than the dimensions for luggage, you must pay a fee of €9. This luggage may not exceed a total circumference (height in cm + width in cm + depth in cm) of 240 cm, or a weight of 30 kg. Furthermore, special baggage must either be indicated during booking (provided this is possible for the trip) or after booking by calling customer service at the earliest 48 hours before bus departure*. Only one special piece of luggage may be taken on board per person. There is no guarantee of space. Special luggage includes for example: skis and musical instruments (we recommend transporting these in a hard shell case). Special rules apply to bicycles and orthopedic aids. Certain items cannot be transported.

On many of our coaches you may bring your standard sized bicycle without any superstructures and weighing no more than 25kg on board. These can be added to your trip during the booking process for an extra fee of £7 per bike. When selecting the amount of passengers you would like on your booking, you can also select the amount of bicycles that you would like to take on board.
The bike racks on our coaches safely transport your bicycle. In special cases, carriage is only possible in suitable bags in the baggage compartment (such as, with a folding bike). In this instance you must call our customer service team in advance to register your bicycle (see above for regulations on special baggage).
E-bikes, pedelecs, tandems and tricycles cannot be transported on a bike rack.
Pushchairs, wheelchairs and walking aids are transported on some of our buses for free. Wheelchairs and walking aids must be registered with us over the telephone at the latest 36 hours before your departure*. Pushchairs are considered as special baggage and must be registered with us over the telephone no earlier than 48 hours before your departure*.
Please note that due to safety reasons, wheelchairs can only be taken along if they are foldable and without an electric device.
Musical instruments that do not exceed the hand baggage weight and dimensions (42x30x18cm, max. 7kg) can be stowed in the passenger baggage compartments on board free of charge. This will take the place of a regular piece of hand baggage so you may only store your hand baggage or your musical instrument in the passenger baggage compartments on board.
Musical instruments that exceed the hand baggage measurements stated above are considered as special baggage and must be stored in the hold baggage compartments in an appropriate transportation case. We recommend a hard case to avoid any damage. Each item will cost an additional fee of £7 and must be registered no earlier than 48 hours before your departure time over the telephone with our customer service team*.
Musical instruments and their cases that are larger than 135x48 x35cm may not be transported on our coaches (e.g. double basses).
Please report your missing luggage to our lost and found office. We will help you as soon as possible.
